Key Responsibilities
Prioritize and coordinate facility maintenance and repair requests across all locations
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and contractors regarding maintenance and repairs
Monitor compliance with safety standards and support safety initiatives
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor's degree preferred
2-4 years of experience in facilities coordination or vendor management
Working knowledge of building systems and maintenance scheduling
Proficiency in Google Suite; experience with facility management systems is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing demands in a remote environment
