About the Role
We are hiring an SVP, Revenue (U.S.) to lead all customer‑facing functions across Sales and Client Success, while supporting implementation and solutioning.
This is a hands‑on commercial leadership role that owns every stage of the customer journey from prospecting and solution design through deal closure, and long‑term relationship management.
You will oversee the U.S. commercial team, including Sales with a matrix to Solutions Engineering, and work closely with global Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Technology teams to deliver measurable client outcomes.
While based in the U.S., this role also works with Carrington Labs’ global headquarters in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
End‑to‑End Commercial Leadership
- Lead all U.S. customer‑facing activity : prospecting, solutioning, closing, onboarding, and retention.
- Manage and develop the U.S. Sales team, driving new client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the Global Chief Commercial Officer on pricing, discounting, and non‑standard commercial terms.
- Create proposals, lead RFPs, and lead contract negotiations.
- Maintain deal quality and ensure commercial discipline throughout the sales cycle.
- Partner with Marketing and Product to align go‑to‑market strategy and execution.
- Oversee pipeline visibility, forecasting, and performance metrics.
Solution Design and Implementation
Lead collaboration with Product, Data Science, and Technology to translate client requirements into actionable technical and delivery plans.Oversee implementation projects from signed contract to go‑live, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.Build repeatable frameworks for solution design, onboarding, and delivery excellence.Ensure the client experience from integration through production is seamless and measurable.Client Success and Retention
Own client satisfaction, retention, and net revenue retention (NRR).Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with key accounts.Identify expansion opportunities and lead commercial renewals and upsells.Act as the senior escalation point for strategic clients.Leadership and Collaboration
Hire, lead, and coach high‑performing teams across Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Implementation.Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and commercial rigor.Partner cross‑functionally with global teams to ensure consistent client outcomes and communication.Contribute to Carrington Labs’ overall commercial strategy and represent the U.S. business at the global level.Requirements
10–20+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise technology, ideally focused on lending, credit, or analytics.Proven ability to lead the full commercial lifecycle : sales, solutioning, implementation, and client success.Experience managing multi‑functional teams, including Sales and technical client‑facing functions.Strong technical fluency; able to discuss APIs, integrations, and data workflows with clients.Deep understanding of lending and credit risk processes.Executive presence with the ability to navigate complex enterprise relationships.Hands‑on operator with sound commercial judgment and execution focus.Willingness to travel and collaborate across time zones.What We Offer
