Senior Developer (BlackBaud CRM)

A company is looking for a Senior Developer (BlackBaud CRM).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of complex software solutions for client projects and internal initiatives

Customize and extend BlackBaud CRM software to meet client-specific needs

Develop integration solutions between donor engagement platforms and third-party systems

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in software development with BlackBaud

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle

Advanced knowledge of MS SQL, including writing SQL and T-SQL scripts

Experience with APIs (REST, SOAP)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
