Job description

Position : Training Specialist

Salary : $65,000 - 70,000

Location : Riviera Beach

Responsibilities of the Training Specialist :

  • Organize, develop, and implement training programs across the organization
  • Create training materials, guides, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Deliver training sessions and presentations to employees at all levels
  • Simplify complex topics into clear, actionable content
  • Provide administrative support to the Training Manager as needed

    • Requirements of the Training Specialist :

  • Bachelor's Degree (ideally in Education, Organizational Development, Business, or HR)
  • 3+ years of experience developing and delivering corporate training programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts simply
