Reports to : Warehouse Supervisor

Department : Warehouse

Shift : 3rd

Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing end-of-line production duties and picking customer orders in the warehouse safely, accurately, and quickly to contribute to meeting the Companys mission of developing and marketing high-quality brands and running best-in-class operations.

Essential Functions :

Performs all Forklift I duties.

Reviews orders that are ready to ship, to verify that all items are correct.

Reconciles Production line raw material inventory to account for scrap.

Performs system transactions of raw materials using RF Gun or mobile computer.

Identifies item of lot variances by location against system records and reports variances found.

Maintains production line bottle supply for operating lines.

Completes all appropriate paperwork neatly and accurately.

Operates a forklift safely and competently, as well as maintains the forklift and batteries.

Performs all shipping dock duties to include :

Order checking to verify all product is correct and documented accurately

Communicating with truck drivers

Planning and executing loading of product into truck, keeping in mind weight distribution and product type

Performs all receiving duties to include :

Unloading shipments

Entering P.O. receipts into systems

Maintaining delivery schedules

Processing returned product in a timely manner

Consolidates warehouse product to create order and to make space for new product using stock pickers and forklifts.

Analyzes various inventory situations.

Performs all front-of-line duties in order to supply production lines with materials needed to keep them moving efficiently to include :

Locating products in the warehouse and transferring them to intended production lines

Updating Oracle to document transferred product

Responding to requests from Line Leads for assistance in moving products

Returning unused products to the warehouse

Additional Responsibilities :

Works in a safe and courteous manner while abiding by the Companys safety policies and procedures.

Assists with loading and unloading of trucks as needed.

Maintains clean equipment and a clean working environment.

Communicates regularly with shipper and other Forklift Operators to work as a team.

Performs other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Must be able to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and stock picker to move, stack, load, or unload materials in and about facility in a safe and competent manner.

Ability to calculate different units of measurement to fulfill case quantities

Ability to pay close attention to detail and be diligent in checking orders to ensure high-quality customer service.

Ability to read and write English and perform intermediate math.

Must have advanced computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Must have good communication skills, the ability to work well with others, and the ability to multitask.

Ability to use sound judgment and deductive reasoning in troubleshooting to solve work-related problems.

Must have strong mathematical, analytical, and problem solving skills.

Minimum Requirements of Education, Training and Experience : Must complete and pass forklift operator certification qualifications.

High school diploma or equivalent desired.

Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions : Ability to lift and / or move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis during each shift and tolerate moderate heat.
