ITC Infotech is looking for a Senior Cloud Administrator to join the US team.

Location : Onsite Stamford Connecticut (Occasional Hybrid)

What you’ll do :

• Design, implementation, and optimization of messaging systems.
• Implement and manage tools and technologies such as anti-spam filters, malware scanners, encryption solutions.
• Managing and Supporting collaboration platform such as Microsoft Teams, including user access, integration with other systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Closely work with Compliance team,ensure that messaging systems adhere to relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of messaging system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
• Incident Response and Troubleshooting.
• Apply ITIL principles and best practices for IT service management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Must Haves :

• Minimum 12+ years of work experience in the software industry
• 8-10 years of Active Directory & office 365 experience.
• 5-6 years of Azure experience.
• Strong expertise in Active Directory Management, including domain design, user management, group policies, and replication.
• Proficiency in Azure Active Directory administration, including directory synchronization, single sign-on (SSO), and identity governance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Messaging Administrator - Microsoft Exchange, Office 365.

Good to have :

• Multi cloud skills AWS, and OCI mid-level experience.
• Knowledge of VMware / virtualization platform and Backup / Disaster Recovery solutions.
