Food and Beverage Coordinator - Hilton San Diego Bayfront

Come join our team at the beautiful Hilton San Diego Bayfront hotel! If you have administrative experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are flexible and detail-oriented, this role is for you. The Food and Beverage Coordinator will be providing dual support to both the Restaurant and Culinary teams, with administrative duties including but not limited to : entering schedules and schedule changes in labor management system, answering phones, printing and distributing Banquet Event Orders, assisting with departmental projects.

Typical schedule : Monday through Friday 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm

Hourly Rate : $25.00 - $27.45

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes :

• At least 1-year previous administrative experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Spanish speaking strongly preferred
• Food and Beverage and / or hotel experience a plus
