  • Develop Documentation : Author and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical reports, preventive maintenance plans, and other critical documentation.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of direct, hands‑on experience with manufacturing equipment, including maintenance, installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software and experience with equipment monitoring, data collection, and analysis.
  • A data‑driven mindset with a strong understanding of key manufacturing metrics (e.g., uptime, MTBF, MTTR, yield) and a passion for improving them.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
  • $100,000 - $140,000 a year
