About the Role

Ecolab is seeking a Recruiter III to support technical recruiting needs across multiple business areas, including IT, Engineering, and Data Analytics. The successful candidate will bring a mix of technical recruiting expertise and strong relationship-building skills to attract top talent in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical positions across multiple teams and disciplines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and identify target talent.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Conduct candidate screenings and manage interview processes with a focus on efficiency and candidate experience.
• Collaborate closely with HR partners and business leaders to align recruiting efforts with organizational goals.
• Track and report on hiring activity using Workday and other internal tools.
• Promote Ecolab's employer brand and diversity initiatives through inclusive recruiting practices.
