Summary / Objective
Care Partner provides routine care in a manner conducive to the comfort and safety of residents in accordance with federal, state and local regulations and within the established policies and procedures of the Community.
Care Partners are customer service experts who interact with leadership, families, vendors, guests, and other associates while displaying exceptional professionalism.
Essential Functions
Help create an atmosphere of compassion, optimism, warmth, resident interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the Community.
Cares for resident per the shift assignment determined by Charge Nurse or Health and Wellness Director. Bathe, toilet and dress residents;
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
Assist the Health and Wellness Director in relationships with families. Regularly meets with families regarding any concerns, needs or questions that may arise regarding our residents care.
