Overview The Marketing Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase market share, and maximize revenue growth. Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Recruit, train, and manage marketing staff, ensuring effective performance and professional growth.
Oversee daily departmental operations and workflow.
Conduct timely performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Enforce company policies regarding discipline and corrective actions when necessary.
Marketing Strategy & Execution Design and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead marketing campaigns through the company’s CMS and CRM systems.
Develop and execute promotional events, campaigns, and new product launches.
Create and manage valuable content for online presence, editorial design, and publications.
Monitor and analyze KPIs, providing performance reports to leadership.
Market Research & Business Growth Conduct research to stay informed on market trends, competitors, and customer behaviors.
Recommend and implement effective marketing approaches based on market insights.
Collaborate with senior executives to identify and execute growth opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with media, stakeholders, and potential partners.
Budgeting & Resource Allocation Forecast and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
Allocate resources effectively across projects and initiatives.
