Workers Compensation Team Lead

A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead for Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for workers compensation claims

Identifies trends and advises management on issues, recommending actions for process improvement

Acts as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues regarding claims

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred

Six years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required

Two years of claims supervisor experience required

Licenses as required and professional certifications preferred
