Staffing Coordinator
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for the staffing of all client service hours. This position ensures that shifts are staffed with qualified caregivers whose skills and availability matches client needs and ensures that new assignments and / or scheduling changes are properly communicated with caregivers and clients. In addition, the Scheduling Coordinator functions as the "Caregiver of the Caregivers," serving as the agency liaison with caregivers to foster engagement and promote employee retention.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, two years of related experience, and knowledge of HR, scheduling, and / or health care. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, telephone etiquette, and the ability to interact effectively with diverse backgrounds with a strong customer service orientation are required. Exceptional organizational skills, comfort with various technologies and computer programs, the ability to work under pressure, and the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously are also required. A positive and professional business image and a passing criminal background check are necessary.
Essential duties and responsibilities include scheduling client shifts with eligible caregivers, communicating new assignments and scheduling changes, maintaining accurate schedules and contact information in the agency's CRM system, documenting events, monitoring missed or late shift clock-ins, monitoring caregiver scheduled hours for potential overtime, notifying the manager of staffing changes and issues, providing ongoing feedback to the manager, serving as the agency liaison for caregivers, regularly communicating with eligible caregivers, and ensuring caregivers feel properly appreciated, supported, and recognized.
This is a primarily sedentary position that reports directly to the Manager. The classification is non-exempt, and the position type is full-time.
Compensation : $18.00 - $25.00 per hour.
