Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Bookkeeping and A / P Clerk.
Specific duties include :
- Accurately enter vendor bills into QuickBooks and maintain organized financial records.
- Create and issue PMC Service invoices through the Service Fusion software.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and provide updates on payment status as needed.
- Field internal and external questions regarding invoices and payments.
- Communicate regularly with Emily and the accounting team regarding payment schedules and invoice follow-ups.
- Assist with additional accounting or administrative tasks as assigned.
