Human Resources Generalist

Local HR partner for multiple plants, which includes recurring, onboarding, payroll, general benefit and policy questions. Influences and coaches' leaders and associates. Conducts and leads employee investigations.

Local HR partner for execution of People Strategies to include, hourly talent acquisition, employee relations activities, retention analysis and action planning, HR Administration for On and Off boarding, payroll, timekeeping, compliance. Local expert on general benefit and policy questions. Supports multiple plants. Administers companywide HR initiatives. Influences and coaches' leaders and associates. Conduct and lead employee investigations.

Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.

Education Level BS preferred.

Certifications Preferred.

Years of HR Generalist Experience Preferred 3 to 5.

Years of Recruitment Experience Preferred 1 to 2.

Years of Employee Relations Experience 2+.

Years of Employee Investigation Experience 2+.

HR Administration Experience (generalist payroll, etc.) 2+.
