Exciting Career Opportunity : Baker / Pastry Chef in Norristown, PA

Join Our Expanding Bakery / Cafe Team!

PM Shift 5pm-1am and Overnight Shift 10pm-6am

$18-24 / hour depending on experience + benefits, 401K, PTO

Are you a skilled Artisan Bread Baker ready to express your passion for baking in a creative and supportive environment? We are on the lookout for dedicated bakers to join our cherished family-run bakery / cafe in Norristown, PA.

Our team consists of adaptable, early risers who thrive in a clean and organized kitchen while continuously innovating to perfect their craft, from creating unique twists on classic recipes to refining the art of baking naturally leavened breads.

Position Requirements :

• Experience : At least 2 years in an artisan bakery setting.
• Skillset : A true passion for bread making, with a readiness to learn and grow. Experience with naturally leavened breads and lamination is a plus, although we provide training for the right candidate.
• Additional Skills : Knowledge in vegan and / or gluten-free baking is highly advantageous.
• Mindset : A commitment to quality and creativity, with a drive to exceed yesterday’s best.
• Schedule : PM shift from 5pm-1am or overnight shift from 10pm-6am
