We’re looking for an inspired Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen across our restaurant, BBQ pit, and food truck in Santa Clara, California . This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for a culinary professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, values local, fresh ingredients, and wants to help shape a kitchen culture rooted in quality, and community.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily kitchen operations across restaurant, BBQ pit, and food truck service
- Ensure consistent, high-quality execution of recipes with attention to presentation
- Train, mentor, and supervise prep, line, and food truck teams
- Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and California health standards
- Collaborate on menu development featuring seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
- Manage ordering, inventory, and minimize food waste
- Foster a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture and lead by example
