  • We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Ops Manager to lead the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and content initiatives across InBody. You will be responsible for overseeing a multidisciplinary team including designers, content creators, and vendors, ensuring all assets and campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with business objectives.  The ideal candidate has a hunger for excellence in project management, team leadership, and process optimization - someone who brings clarity and structure to a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
  • It is crucial that the candidate thrives in our entrepreneurial company culture where change is constant, growth is immense, and opportunities abound.  This is a full-time, hybrid position at our office located in Cerritos, CA reporting to the Senior Director, Operations.  Essential Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily operations of the Creative and Content teams to ensure effective delivery of marketing initiatives  Serve as lead project manager for marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met  Develop and maintain workflows that improve operational efficiency and visibility across multiple projects and departments  Facilitate cross-functional communication between marketing, sales, product, and executive teams  Maintain oversight of brand consistency and ensure all content aligns with organizational goals and target audiences  Partner with team leads to develop capacity plans and allocate resources appropriately  Identify and implement process improvements to support scalability and quality of output  Manage project tracking tools and status documentation across all content and creative initiatives  Lead regular team meetings, campaign kickoffs, and project post-mortems  Perform other duties as needed to support the success of the department  Supervise and support designers, content managers, and external vendors or freelancers  Provide day-to-day guidance, prioritization support, and workflow clarity to team members  Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement professional development plans  Ensure alignment across individuals and departments on priorities and deadlines  Essential Qualifications :       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field  5+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or creative operations  2+ years of experience in team management / supervision  Proven experience driving content production and marketing campaign lifecycles  Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal  Familiarity with creative development processes and content workflows  Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Wrike)  Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple deadlines  Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment  Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus    Bonus Qualifications :     Experience working as a marketing generalist, wearing multiple hats across marketing functions  Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
