MUMPS Consultant

Provide a short description of the Position : OPWDD Modernization and Remediation Program (HHS_OPW_PRJ0251326) within the OPWDD TABS (Tracking and Billing System) Application. Modify TABS to use a web-based GUI and consolidate the TABS databases.

Provide a list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate : 1. MUMPS / Cache' programming; 2. Responsible for attending and participating in meetings related to projects and tasks impacting the Tracking and Billing System (TABS) 3. Gathering, documenting, and implementing technical requirements surrounding the analysis and design of new MUMPS / Cache'solutions to support the strategic vision of OPWDD 4. Support of existing interfaces and the development and implementation of new technology to interface between the TABS system and other internal and external data consuming systems.
