Job Title : Lead Business Analyst (Business Process Reengineering, CBAP, BPM / UML)

Location : Albany, NY (Onsite)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualification :

• Experience leading Business Requirements projects as a Lead Analyst, applying structured strategies to gather, analyze, and document business process requirements for new applications.
• Proven experience serving as a Lead Business Analyst on projects utilizing recognized Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies - including requirements elicitation, documentation, business process modeling, As-Is and To-Be workflow design, gap analysis, and UML - to define, analyze, and redesign business processes for efficiency and improvement.
• Hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and developing comprehensive test plans and test cases to verify alignment between user requirements and program functionality.
• Possession of a valid and active IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification.
• Strong experience in managing internal and external stakeholder communications and outreach, including developing presentations and materials that support the rethinking and reengineering of core business processes.
