Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.

60 months experience eliciting business requirements from business customers or system artifacts and maintaining such requirements.

60 months experience developing business requirements and process documentation such as use cases, process flows, screen mock-ups, and data dictionaries.

60 months experience creating test plans and test cases, executing functional and system tests including regression tests. Ensure appropriate test coverage by mapping system requirements to test cases.

60 months identifying and documenting application defects, tracking defects to resolution, and performing retesting as required.

60 months of supporting business applications in a help-desk type environment.
