Organization Change Management Analyst (Jr.) - U.S. Citizenship Required

CGI is seeking a skilled Jr. Organization Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support a SAP S / 4HANA Greenfield implementation project for a large government contract. The Jr. OCM Analyst works with the OCM lead and the OCM team to develop, conduct, and manage change management initiatives for several federal government agency organizations. This includes working with clients to assess their change needs, develop and implement change management strategies and plans, and measure the success of change initiatives and plans. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of change management principles and practices, as well as experience in working with a variety of stakeholders. This position is located in one of CGI Federal's offices in Fairfax, VA, Lebanon, VA, Lafayette, LA or Knoxville, TN; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to work in a CGI Federal office two days per week.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

  • Assist with change management initiatives for several federal government organizations in support of a new SAP S / 4HANA implementation
  • Assist in the development and execution of change management strategies and plans to support the successful implementation of project plans
  • Assist in conducting change impact assessments to evaluate organizational readiness for the change initiative, identifying potential risks, and opportunities for successful implementation
  • Develop and deliver communication and stakeholder engagement materials and plans
  • Collaborate with project teams to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and impacts of change, integrating organizational change management activities into the overall project plan
  • Measure and report on the success of change initiatives by developing key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Determine the impact of OCM programs and develop alternative strategies, as needed
  • Provide support to clients throughout the change process
  • Work with a variety of stakeholders, including employees, managers, and executives
  • Assist in developing and delivering change management training to clients
  • Participate in the development of the organization's change management methodology and tools
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest change management trends and best practices

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

  • Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and / or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required as well as successful passing of CGI background check prior to beginning work. In addition, candidates must have ability to obtain and maintain a DHS / CISA EOD / Public Trust clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in change management or a related field
  • Solid understanding of change management principles and practices
  • Experience with change management initiatives and projects
  • Experience working with clients & internal teams, following an agile methodology, to understand the business requirements and assess the change impact(s)
  • Ability to identify anticipated points of resistance and work with lead / team to develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
  • Experience conducting readiness assessments, evaluating results, and presenting findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Experience with ERP or SAP OCM implementation
  • Desired qualifications / non-essential skills required :

  • PROSCI certification
  • Compensation range for this role in the U.S. is $69,700.00 - $150,800.00.
