About The Role

Mochi Health is scaling rapidly, and we're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us grow with excellence and speed. You'll play a central role in attracting and hiring world-class talent across both technical and non-technical teams. While your primary focus will include engineering and product, you'll also support hiring for operations, clinical, and other key functions.

This is a high-impact, full-cycle recruiting role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving tough hiring challenges, and wants to help build a mission-driven organization from the inside out.

What You'll Do

• Source high caliber candidates for targeted roles, recommending new tools and solutions to facilitate rapid talent acquisition.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone screens, maintaining a steady flow of candidates and ensuring that communication is timely and professional.
• Engage in specific, focused direct outreach to potential candidates on popular sourcing platforms.
• Coordinate take-home projects, answer candidate questions and be a core facilitator for our interview processes.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and shape effective sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key technical roles, anticipating business growth and future hiring needs.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders and candidates.
• Recommend new tools and processes that can help us hire better and faster.

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 + Bonus, in addition to benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.

Workplace Policy

Mochi Health is an in-person company based in San Francisco, CA. Our team works together in person five days a week to foster collaboration, innovation, and strong connections. We believe that face-to-face interaction builds a culture of excellence and allows us to deliver the best outcomes for the patients and providers we serve.

For office-based roles, the standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 a.m. to 7 : 00 p.m. Actual hours may vary depending on business needs and role responsibilities. All employees receive meal and rest breaks in accordance with applicable state and local laws.

For designated remote roles, this in-person policy does not apply.
