Job descriptionPrepare ingredients according to standardized recipes (cutting, chopping, portioning, etc.) Assist with daily prep lists and restocking cook stations Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep and storage areas Rotate and label food items to ensure freshness and proper storage Assist with basic cooking tasks and plating as needed during peak times Support kitchen opening and closing duties Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines Communicate with the Lead Cook and Kitchen Manager on prep needs and shortages Qualifications : Basic understanding of kitchen prep procedures and safety standards Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Prior prep or kitchen experience is preferred but not required Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays Powered by JazzHR
