Associate, Sales Operations

Location(s) : NYC

Reports to : Sr. Director, Partnerships

We are seeking an organized & analytical professional to join the new Partnerships & Business Development organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining our BD operations.

You will be responsible for developing & implementing processes, tracking performance metrics, & leading strategic cross-functional projects benefiting the Partnerships organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional partnership projects, facilitating communication & coordination across teams.
  • Develop & implement processes & procedures to optimize BD operations, including onboarding, commission tracking, & performance monitoring.
  • Manage Sales Operations mechanisms & tools, own our CRM tool & workflow.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to update sales collateral & marketing materials including pitch decks, email templates etc.
  • Collaborate with the BD team to structure commission models & performance-based incentives for partners.
  • Analyze partnership data & generate comprehensive reports to evaluate success metrics, identify areas for improvement, & inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in operations and / or project management working with Business Development teams.
  • Strong analytical & data-driven mindset, with proficiency in Excel & data visualization tools
  • Experience managing a CRM is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational & prioritization skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with marketing partnerships (e.g. affiliate, influencer, digital native) is a plus
  • Proven ability to work independently & as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
