The Customer Operations team at ADI’s Dallas, TX office is seeking a motivated, entry level Inside Sales Coordinator to provide support to ADI’s internal and external broad market customers.
We are a group of positive, hard-working, customer-centric employees who represent our company in a positive light when working on the front line with our customers.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
- Support ADI’s broad market customer base via CRM web support tools (live chat and webform case submissions)
- Educate new and existing customers on how to utilize ADI’s self-serve online storefront to obtain samples, quotes, and orders
- Develop and own improvement initiatives both internally and with ADI’s customers
- Directly manage critical supply chain situations, delivering status updates and even leading conference calls with customers
- Contribute to projects strategic to Customer Operations and to ADI
On our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with internal partners in order to support ADI’s broad market customer base.
Internal partners include, but are not limited to :
- Sales - help track new design opportunities, prototypes, and project ramps
- Business Units - review end customer product life cycles to understand business environments
- Accounting - work to understand invoicing and the collections process to allow smooth order flow to customers
- Quality Assurance - coordinate product changes and applications support
- Social & Environmental Management Teams - align customer requirements with ADI policies
- Supply Chain Management - analyze and understand supply position at each stage of production
- IT liaise to ensure customers are getting the best possible experience on ADI’s online storefront
- Collaborate with other Customer Operations teams located throughout the US
You will also have the opportunity to rotate into various groups within the Customer Operations team, being exposed to different customers, processes, and areas of the business.
Minimum qualifications
- All candidates must have a BS / BA degree and have strong basic computer skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, and positive
- Highly organized & customer-centric
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to think ahead and anticipate what will happen next
- Able to understand complex problems and work creatively / efficiently to find a solution
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- ERP (SAP) and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) experience is a strong advantage
Preferred qualifications
- ERP (SAP) and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) experience
- Experience with Power BI
