The City of Boise is hiring a Bus Driver to support community recreation programs by providing safe and reliable transportation. In this part-time role, you will transport passengers of all ages to and from outdoor programs, playcamp locations, and other assigned activities. You'll ensure the safety of all riders while maintaining scheduled pick-up and drop-off times. This position is open to individuals 19 years of age or older who hold a Class B CDL with Air Brake Endorsement. The role offers up to 19 hours per week and is designated as At-Will employment.

Essential Functions :

• Provides transportation for all ages to and from outdoor programs, playcamp locations, and other recreation activities as assigned.
• Ensures safety of all passengers while being transported.
• Adheres to scheduled pick up and drop off times.
• Performs basic safety inspection of vehicle to ensure it is safe to operate.
• Performs routine cleaning inside vehicle.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
