Senior Administrative Assistant
Our client is seeking a highly professional Senior Administrative Assistant to support executives and senior leadership with advanced administrative tasks, organization, and operations management. Key Responsibilities
Provide executive-level administrative support, including managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel logistics.
Serve as the primary contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives, ensuring professionalism and accuracy.
Prepare, organize, and manage high-level reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents with precision.
Act as a gatekeeper for executives, prioritizing tasks and scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
Organize and support company meetings and events, including handling logistics, materials preparation, and follow-ups.
Manage deadlines and assist with project coordination to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner.
Handle confidential and high-priority information with discretion and integrity.
Maintain office efficiency by keeping records, filing systems, and communication channels organized.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to provide seamless operational support.
Proactively identify efficiencies and improvements in administrative processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
3+ years of experience as an executive or senior-level assistant in fast-paced environments.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with organizational tools like project management software (Asana, Trello).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving ability, adaptability, and capacity for multitasking.
Experience in coordinating projects and managing priorities with competing deadlines.
Background in corporate environments or experience supporting C-suite executives preferred.
