Customer Service Representative
Description :
Representatives will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers and assisting them with any account related questions.
Calls could consist of the following : general questions, taking payments, billing, power outages, establishing / disconnecting services, etc.
Additional Skills & Qualifications :
2+ years of customer service / call center experience.
- Some college is preferred*
- Incredible intangible skills* (professionalism, character, values, communication, etc.) - assess the things you can't see on the resume
Experience working in the Utility industry / sector is a plus (i.e. Energy)
Ability to provide or proven track record of excellent customer service
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent computer skills
