Mortgage Banker

Job Description

A client of Insight Global with a nationwide bank presence is looking to add several Mortgage Bankers to their growing team across Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Texas, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, and New Mexico.

As a Mortgage Banker, you will be responsible for the generation of mortgage loan production from banking center provided leads, referral sources, realtors, builders, and consumer networking groups.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including aligning mortgage priorities with the Client Experience, compliance, audit and operations.

You will help the Sales Manager to monitor marketplace competition and trends in order to incorporate them as appropriate into the sales strategy.

You will also identify referral sources and collaborate with all internal stakeholders to increase the Banks presence and competitive status by expanding existing business relationships and servicing clients (increase wallet share).

Additionally, you will develop a book of business through prospecting while also servicing assigned Banking Centers clientele.

You are expected to build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates and treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.

Required Skills & Experience

• Must have produced 8 million dollars in revenue over the last 12 months
• Must have an active NMLS Identification number
• Must have established retail clients in any Bank Midwest location

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
