Key Responsibilities

Hire, train, and develop a team of Solutions Architects focused on customer engagement

Ensure the team meets or exceeds field targets by qualifying workloads and establishing trusted advisor relationships

Build and maintain relationships across internal organizations to support customer success

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the data space with a technical product

Experience in building and leading technical customer-facing teams in a hypergrowth environment

A proven track record of growing strategic accounts and exceeding targets

Experience managing technical account strategies and solution advocacy

History of driving executive alignment in accounts for strategic data infrastructure decisions
