Remote Customer Service Advisor
We are currently seeking an Customer ServiceAdvisor to join our team. As a family owned agency we take pride inproviding the most customized and personalized services for alltypes of vacations.
As an agent with us you willwork with a variety of vendors to plan vacations ranging from themepark vacations honeymoon getaways destination weddings bacheloretteparties cruises allinclusive resorts and much more.
Your main goalis to make every vacation stress free and enjoyable for ourclients.
We are looking for someone who isdedicated to providing top notch customer service has excelledcommunication and organizational skills and is comfortable workingin a fast pacedenvironment.
Responsibilities :
- Researchvarious destinations and needs of travel regarding prices customsweather conditions reviews etc.
- Diagnose theclients specifications and suggest suitable travel packages and / orservices
- Organize travel from beginning toend
- Supply travelers with pertinent informationand useful travel material
- Collect deposits andmanage client payments
- Use promotionaltechniques and prepare promotional material to sell itinerary andtour packages
- Handle unforeseen issues anddetermine eligibility forcredits / refunds
- Maintain relationships with keypersons
- Keep financial statements anddocuments
- Ask for help and guidance whenneeded
- Proficiency in English; multilingualismis a plus
- Exemplary sales skills and customeroriented approach
- Well versed in various areasof travel (Domestic international business holidays groupsindividual etc)
- Ability to present persuade andcommunicate effectively
- Demonstrate ability tohandlecrises
