Job descriptionJob Type : Contract (12 months with potential for extension) Benefits : Medical, dental, and vision (Cigna) Perks : Bonus potential + Priority access via Tier 1 supplier Openings Nationwide : Thousands of opportunities across the U.S. Evaluate program and project requirements; develop complex equipment concepts and design solutions. Review electrical schematics, control panel designs, and troubleshoot technical issues. Compile and analyze technical data to assess impacts on product design, usability, and production rates. Ensure compliance with safety, reliability, maintainability, ergonomics, and regulatory standards. Develop and release bid / purchase specifications for equipment needs from suppliers. Troubleshoot production issues related to quality, safety, and repeatability. Implement workarounds and maintain hardware / documentation configuration. Perform studies and recommend disposition of assets. Manage testing and commissioning of automated system acquisition and modification projects. Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (ABET accreditation preferred, not required). Evaluate program / project requirements and develop complex equipment concepts and design solutions for the Production System. Compile and analyze technical data to assess impacts on product design, usability, and rate estimates. Ensure compliance with safety, producibility, maintainability, reliability, ergonomics, and regulatory standards. Develop and release bid and purchase specifications for equipment from suppliers. Troubleshoot production issues related to quality, safety, and repeatability. Implement workarounds and maintain hardware / documentation configurations. Conduct studies and provide recommendations for asset disposition. Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
