This job is responsible for managing a financial center and its employees on a day-to-day basis. Key responsibilities include operating as a business owner and fostering a team environment, instilling an effective client-centric and risk culture in the center, and helping clients achieve the financial goals. Job expectations include ensuring operational excellence and cohesive effectiveness.

Responsibilities include developing talent, managing client traffic, managing business results, creating a world-class client experience environment, managing market-level initiatives, driving operational excellence, managing organizational priorities, and effective execution.

Managerial responsibilities may also include breaking down barriers to create a more inclusive environment, challenging end-to-end process efficiency, contributing to enterprise strategy, inspecting and managing risk controls, coaching to sustain and elevate organizational performance, efficiently allocating and managing resources, mobilizing organizational resources, and inspecting and managing the health of the bench.

Required qualifications include 1+ years leadership experience, enthusiasm, motivation, effective collaboration, passion, commitment, drive, strong communication, ability to learn and adapt, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, time management, managing complexity, prioritizing tasks, delegating, and flexibility to work weekends and / or extended hours.

Desired qualifications include 1+ years management experience, experience in financial services, experience in an environment with individual and team goals, and bilingual skills.

Skills include customer service management, performance management, coaching, customer and client focus, talent development, risk management, sales performance management, business operations management, recruiting, result orientation, referral management, leadership development, inclusive leadership, prioritization, and problem solving.

Minimum education requirement : High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Pay Transparency details :

US - RI - Wakefield - 4 OLD TOWER HILL RD - WAKEFIELD BC (RI1139) Pay range $73,500.00 - $106,500.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and / or group; and the overall success of the Company.
