Pay : $30.00 - $50.00 per hour, plus Performance Bonus Opportunities!

Job Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time GM-certified, A level Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in transmissions and diagnostics. Sign on bonus to the right candidate!

Duties

• Conduct thorough diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Perform repairs on vehicles, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications.
• Execute alignments and other adjustments to enhance vehicle performance and safety.
• Utilize power tools effectively for various repair tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs and repair options.
• Collaborate with service advisor / service manager to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through ongoing training.

Skills

GM-certified, A technician - required .

EV certified - preferred

Proficient in automotive diagnostics with a solid understanding of automotive electrical systems.

Experience in welding is a plus, enhancing the ability to perform diverse repairs.

Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and procedures.

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients.

Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks performed.
