RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, evaluate and update integrating logic models using quantitative fault tree analysis (SAPHIRE) and maintain risk models for the Human Landing System (HLS) program managed by MSFC.
- Evaluate project documents related to reliability to assure consistency and adequacy with overall project requirements.
- Perform, develop, and utilize any tools needed to assure that all applicable reliability & risk assessment requirements are identified for MSFC programs and projects.
- Perform Probabilistic Risk Assessment (PRA) in support of the HLS Moon2Mars Program's PRA model development effort. Participate in problem and failure investigations to determine root cause and recommend corrective action.
- Provide expertise for the preparation, evaluation, and assessment of documentation relative to processes encountered during the manufacturing, inspection, and test phases of programs and projects.
- Perform focused quantitative risk assessments to support risk-informed decisions pertaining to flight risk and risk mitigation alternatives.
- Other duties as assigned.

This is a hybrid position that offers a 9 / 80 schedule with every other Friday off; some travel may be required.Schedules are subject to change based on the requirements of the position and / or customer needs.BACKGROUND INVESTIGATIONS REQUIRED
