- Utilize QuickBooks to manage and organize financial data efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.
- Monitor and process invoices, payments, and expense reports with attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Identify discrepancies in financial records and resolve them promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline bookkeeping processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide support during audits by organizing required documentation and records.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
