Our cooks are very important members of our kitchen staff. They are responsible for making sure that food is prepared to the exact specifications of the chef, establishment, and customer. We want our line cooks to grow and move up in the kitchen to positions with more responsibility. The following duties are expected of a line cook :

• Station Set Up
• Food Prep
• Cook
• Stock Station
• Clean up

Cook is generally offered as a part time restaurant job.

Prier experience as cook, chef, prep cook, line cook, fry cook, grill cook, boh, or other back of the house part time restaurant jobs highly desirable.
