We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team on a hybrid basis (3 days on site). The ideal candidate will work on Insurance Defense and OR Complex Litigation matters. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading legal firm and work in an exciting and challenging environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in insurance coverage and OR complex litigation.

Responsibilities :

As an Associate Attorney, you will be expected to :

1. Represent clients in a wide range of insurance defense and complex litigation matters.

2. Research and analyze complex legal issues relating to insurance coverage, litigation

3. Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

4. Advocate for clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.

5. Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.

6. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on insurance coverage, litigation, D&O policy, and D&O matters.

7. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.

8. Stay updated on the latest developments in insurance defense and complex litigation law and practice.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications :

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

2. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing.

3. A minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance coverage, complex litigation, litigation, D&O policy, and D&O.

4. Proven track record of successfully representing clients in insurance defense and complex litigation matters.

5. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

6. Strong written and oral communication skills.

7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

10. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
