Position Details :

• Title : Pharmacy Manager
• Location : St. Albans, VT
• Duration : Direct Hire / Permanent Employment Opportunity
• Schedule : Variable, with occasional evening shifts
• Hours : 4x10 or 4x12 schedules (i.e., 8am-8pm)

Responsibilities :

• Manage pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
• Oversee budgeting, payroll, scheduling, and inventory management
• Participate in business development activities within the store and community
• Provide guidance and training to pharmacy support personnel
• Counsel patients and medical providers on drug usage and monitor patient health
• Participate in patient-centered services, including immunization and wellness programs
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Ideal Candidate :

• VT Pharmacy License
• Immunization Certification (Required)
• Comfortable administering all vaccines (Required)
