The annual base salary range for this position is $82,600 - $103,200. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform electronics modifications, including component replacement, re-soldering, solder inspection, jumper wire placement, etc.
  • Perform testing on accelerometers
  • Perform test station assembly, qualification, troubleshooting and repair
  • Perform board-level component troubleshooting and repair
  • Work with Facilities team to integrate new test equipment
  • Perform electronics testing using oscilloscopes, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, etc.
  • Manage lab equipment inventory and provide feedback on lab improvements
  • Document procedures and findings and effectively communicate these to key stakeholders

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • At least 15 years of proven experience in technical facility or similar role
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic components, including PWB troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
  • Strong guide and mentoring skills
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
