Job descriptionConduct daily site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions. Conduct and coordinate safety training programs, toolbox talks, and new employee safety orientations. Monitor use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure availability of safety gear. Maintain all safety documentation and records, including incident logs, inspection reports, and training records. Collaborate with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to promote safe practices. Act as the on-site point of contact for all health and safety concerns or emergencies.
