Neonatologist - Level III NICUTorrance, California Permanent, Full-Time No Locums or Visa Candidates Position Highlights : Join a well-established 32-bed Level III NICU located in the scenic South Bay region of Los Angeles County. This position offers a supportive, team-based environment, excellent subspecialty collaboration, and a focus on work / life balance. Clinical Details :

NICU Level : Level III

Bed Count : 32 beds

Average Daily Census : 12

Setting : Community hospital; CCS-designated facility

Subspecialty Support : Pediatric surgery, cardiology, GI, ENT

Responsibilities :

Provide NICU care & newborn service

Collaborate on complex neonatal cases

Engage in family communication and support

Participate in quality initiatives (e.g., CPQCC)

Maintain standards with hospital leadership

Schedule : Designed to support work / life balance Candidate Requirements :

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Neonatology

Must reside locally or be willing to relocate to the Torrance area
