Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing tasks and problems of moderate to substantial complexity
• Proven ability to make independent critical decisions related to resources, approach, and tactical operations
• Experience in managing multiple teams or projects, providing direction and support
• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Agile Release Train (ART)
