Job descriptionBachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related field 5+ years of professional experience 3+ years managing paid media, specifically Amazon DSP campaigns, in a consulting / agency role or for a large brand Experience managing Amazon DSP campaigns and using Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) for campaign analysis; experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads, Walmart DSP, and The Trade Desk is a plus Experience managing display (Amazon DSP) budgets in the multi-million dollar range Ability to deliver compelling presentations to executive-level audiences with clarity and confidence Strong bid and budget management, content optimization, and promotion planning Analytical problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency Project management experience with ability to anticipate and mitigate risks Proven experience working with VP, SVP, and C-level executives of enterprise companies Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written) Track record of retaining and renewing Enterprise customers in the SaaS space Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage 401(k) retirement plan Short & long-term disability insurance Life insurance Paid parental leave Monthly reimbursements for gym, phone, and internet 10+ paid company holidays, quarterly Global Recharge Fridays, and unlimited PTO
Overview
Customer Success Manager, Advertising (DSP) at CommerceIQ. The role focuses on running and growing relationships with our customers, ensuring successful adoption of the product and management of display advertising campaigns on platforms including Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect, and The Trade Desk (TTD).
The Role
Fueled by our customer and business growth, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager, Advertising (DSP) to oversee client relationships and drive profitable revenue growth through CommerceIQ. You will work with ecommerce sales and marketing operations teams to map product capabilities to customer priorities and the Amazon ecommerce platform.
What You'll Do
- Understand customer needs to plan, organize, and manage all display advertising, including Amazon DSP, Walmart DSP, and The Trade Desk.
- Collaborate with internal teams to run full-funnel media campaigns and align display advertising strategies with paid search campaigns.
- Serve as liaison between Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect and other external partners and our clients.
- Become an expert on the CommerceIQ platform and act as a resource for training, questions, and troubleshooting.
- Provide subject matter expertise in ecommerce advertising to guide customer growth.
- Perform deep data analysis to answer strategic questions and drive action.
- Improve client KPIs and demonstrate the value of CommerceIQ throughout the engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape new features.
- Coordinate with technical support and engineering teams to address customer requests promptly and satisfactorily.
- Advise the Sales team on upselling and cross-selling opportunities that support customer success.
- Support onboarding and day-to-day customer success activities in partnership with cross-functional teams.
