Lee Health is seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking Director of Imaging Services - Safety, Quality and Accreditation to lead and elevate quality, safety, and regulatory performance across our acute and outpatient imaging services.This is a dynamic opportunity to take on a leadership role that blends compliance expertise, education strategy, and data-driven performance improvement - while helping to grow and shape the future of imaging services at one of Floridas top healthcare systems.
What You Will Do :
Oversee safety, quality, accreditation, and education across all imaging modalities and care settings within Lee Health.Lead a growing teamCollaborate closely with technologists, radiologists, imaging leadership, and system-wide Quality and Performance Improvement teams.Serve as the lead for regulatory readiness, including site visits and surveys from DNV, ACR, MQSA, AHCA, and other accrediting bodies.Manage the systems Radioactive Materials License (RAM), with knowledge of nuclear medicine and PET workflows.Use data and analytics to identify process gaps, drive improvement strategies, and present impactful outcomes to senior leaders.What You Bring :
Bachelors degree requiredCurrent ARRT certificationCPPS or CPHQ certification required (or must be obtained within 12 months of hire)Strong analytical skills with comfort in Excel and PowerPointSkilled communicator with the ability to influence across clinical and non-clinical teamsBackground in quality control, process improvement, and regulatory compliance in imaging or related healthcare settingsExperience in cardiology or radiology-specific quality initiatives is a plus!Why Join Lee Health?
