Location : Erie, PA

Facility : Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Shifts : TBD

Length : 8-26 weeks

Orientation : ASAP

Pay Rate : Local : $45 / hr

With housing (50+ miles away from permanent) : $40 / hr

Housing stipend : $20 / hr (taxable) + $1080 (tax-free)

(Must be 50+miles from facility to taxable address to qualify for housing or housing stipend pay)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform comprehensive assessments, medical histories, and physical examinations.
• Diagnose, manage, and treat acute and chronic conditions within the CRNP scope of practice.
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions in compliance with Pennsylvania licensure.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans in coordination with the care team.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on health management and disease prevention.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide stabilization.
• Document all clinical assessments and interventions in the electronic health record.
• Participate in audits, quality improvement programs, and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to uphold DMVA standards of care.

Requirements :

If the HCP is vaccinated, they will need to provide documentation or a vaccination card.
