Patent Associate : Mechanical & Electrical Prosecution

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in mechanical or electrical patent prosecution, preferably in a law firm setting.
• State bar admission in good standing.
• Registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
• Experience with post-grant proceedings before the USPTO preferred.
• Diligence experience required.
• Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, or related scientific disciplines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
