With general supervision provided by the Information Technology Manager I, the Information Technology Associate (ITA) will provide technical support and act as a liaison with staff, vendors, external partners and stakeholders. The ITA will be responsible for information technology assets (e.g. Mac, iPad, iPhone, and Windows Computers), software installation, configuration, user problem solving and support.

Please Note : Effective July 1, 2025, the State of California implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) which reduces an employee's monthly salary in exchange for leave credits.
