ServiceNow Workspace Developer

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Workspace Developer, RSM and / or SLO certified, for a remote working opportunity in the USA or Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Implement RSM and SLO within the ServiceNow platform

Provide support for workspace development and customization

Work on projects for a minimum of 40 hours per week, primarily in the CST timezone

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow

Experience with ServiceNow Workspace is essential

Certification in CIS-RSM (Retail Service Management) or CIS-SLO (Supplier Lifecycle Operations) is required

A relevant degree is necessary

Experience in consultancy or communication roles is preferred
